By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, policies, and disclaimers. These guidelines help create a clear, respectful, and supportive experience for both of us.

Bookings & Payments

Sessions must be booked in advance and paid at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment at no cost.
Same-day reschedules are treated as cancellations.

Cancellations

• 24+ hours notice: non-refundable. Client may reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours: non-refundable.

No-Shows

If you miss your session without notice, the appointment is non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Sessions end at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

Confidentiality

What you share remains confidential, except where disclosure is legally required.
